Position Overview
As an HR Manager / Business Partner at FrontWell Solutions, you will take ownership of HR operations and employee support across our international organization. This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage the full employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and act as a trusted advisor to both employees and leadership. Your expertise in HR processes, conflict resolution, and people development will be vital in fostering a positive culture, driving engagement, and aligning HR practices with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related matters, from onboarding to offboarding.
* Advise and support managers and employees on HR topics, including labor law matters, personnel development, and conflict resolution.
* Implement and optimize HR policies, systems, and processes that ensure legal compliance and operational efficiency.
* Support recruitment and employee development initiatives, helping attract and grow top talent.
* Oversee preparatory payroll activities and collaborate closely with finance and external providers.
* Regularly review and update company guidelines, ensuring policies are current and aligned with business goals.
* Drive ongoing improvement in HR processes and foster cross-team collaboration across all business units.
Qualifications
* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Several years of professional HR experience, ideally within an international organization.
* Solid operational knowledge of HR tools, processes, and systems.
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities with demonstrated advisory skills.
* High level of responsibility, initiative, and ability to work independently.
* Fluency in German and English (C1 level or higher required).
* Passion for generalist HR work, strong interpersonal skills, and a results-driven mindset.
* Empathic, reliable, and quick to grasp complex issues.
