Inside Sales Internship
This internship is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic sales environment. As an Inside Sales Intern, you will play a key role in assisting customers and interested parties by selling software licenses over the phone or via email.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Assisting customers and interested parties with their inquiries and needs;
* Selling software licenses to new and existing customers;
* Creating and managing offers to meet customer requirements;
* Working closely with different departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration;
* Supporting the team by monitoring and reporting sales data;
* Using Excel to analyze trends and optimize processes.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Enrolled student in business administration or a related field;
* Availability for at least 6 months as part of your studies;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Fluency in English and Dutch (additional languages are a plus);
* Advanced Windows skills or a desire to learn.
