Our client is a German, international market leader in the field of automation components for different industrial applications, such as machine building, robotics, energy, and transportation. The company has more than 5.000 employees worldwide and an annual revenue exceeding 1bn Euro.
Aufgaben:
Full P&L responsibility for the entire business in Japan Providing positive and dynamic leadership for a team of 30+ employees Further developing the business within the existing markets such as machine building & robotics, automation, transportation, data center, renewable energies, and entirely new markets Define mid- and long-term business plans for the region Expanding of direct sales networks as well as distribution channels Manage and further deepen the business relations with the most important Key Accounts personally Direct reporting line to the APAC President
Qualifikationen:
Technical degree; MBA would be a plus or degree in business administration with sound technical experience Long-term leadership experience in general or sales management roles, preferably incl. P&L responsibility Good knowledge in the field of automation, electrical engineering, or electronics for industrial applications Profound knowhow in developing and improving sales organizations Entrepreneurial, motivational, and result-driven personality with conceptual strength and analytical skills Fluent in Japanese and very good skills in English Trustworthy person living in close proximity to Yokohama
