Responsibilities:
1. Support of national and international M&A transactions, divestments as well as the establishment of joint ventures and company foundations
2. Conducting of company research and preparation of strategic analyses (e.g., market and competitive environment)
3. Preparation and analysis of key financial figures and business plans
4. Preparation of company valuations in accordance with established valuation methods
5. Involvement in the preparation of presentations for the senior management
Qualifications:
6. Studies in business administration, economics, business mathematics or industrial engineering with a focus on finance or accounting, from the 4th semester onwards with suitable specialization subjects
7. Relevant practical experience, e.g., internships at investment banks, accounting firms or strategy consultancies
8. A general interest in financial markets
9. Solid analytical, organizational and communication skills
10. Discipline and self-motivation as well as very good German and English language skills
11. Very good knowledge of MS Office
12. Strong personal commitment, ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment and as part of a global team
