We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI Consultant to join our IT department at the STADA Group. This role requires a combination of business understanding, AI expertise, and project leadership to drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will identify and implement AI and Generative AI use cases, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with AI governance standards.
You will run and steer (Gen)AI projects by orchestrating different stakeholders, teams, and external suppliers.
You will track project progress and report insights to leadership, ensuring continuous alignment with business goals.
You will drive internal awareness of AI initiatives through newsletters, presentations, and social media content.
You will share AI success stories, best practices, and strategic insights to promote a data-driven and AI-enabled culture.
You hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
You have 8+ years of professional experience in digital transformation, with around 5 years in relevant fields such as Data Science, Analytics, Automation, or AI.
Experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management is a plus.
You possess excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
