Your responsibilities at waterdrop®:
As a Sales, Marketing & Team Coordinator Germany (f/m/d) you support the German Commercial Team and the General Manager in operational, organizational, and administrative matters to ensure smooth processes and enable the team to focus on growth.
* You manage B2B inbound requests from first contact to quotation and closing.
* Plan and execute targeted outbound initiatives to support corporate customer acquisition.
* Coordinate product requests related to marketing partnerships, including internal alignment and cost calculations.
* You maintain customer data, offers, and sales documentation, working closely with Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure smooth order processes.
* Support budget tracking, invoice checks, and monthly reporting for the commercial team.
* You create sales and marketing materials such as presentations, product sheets and flyers in line with brand guidelines.
* You coordinate and support the execution of marketing campaigns and customer-specific activations with internal teams.
* You provide operational and administrative support to the General Manager, including presentations and meeting preparation.
What makes you a great fit:
* You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a business-related degree (e.g. Bachelor’s) and bring initial professional experience (e.g. internships, or 1-2 years of working experience), ideally in an FMCG, agency, or scale-up environment.
* You are highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple topics at once.
* You enjoy working cross-functionally and coordinating different stakeholders .
* You have a hands-on mindset and take ownership of tasks to ensure things get done .
* You communicate clearly and confidently with internal teams and external partners .
* You are fluent in German and English .
