We are looking for a Project Management Office (f/m/d) to join our E.ON SE team as soon as possible.


Your Responsibilities:

* Executive-Level Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including managing complex calendars, scheduling global meetings, and preparing high-level briefings and materials.
* Strategic Coordination and Follow-Up: Act as a central liaison for the leadership team, ensuring alignment on key initiatives, and facilitating clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with senior executives and stakeholders globally, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless coordination across diverse teams.
* Meeting and Event Management: Organize and manage high-level meetings, strategy sessions, and global team events, ensuring effective agendas, logistics, and follow-up actions.
* Internal Communication and Change Management: Develop and execute a strong transformation narrative to support the flexibility programme.
* Project and Program Coordination: Support the coordination, planning, and alignment of regional and global plans within the Flexibility Program, ensuring transparency and efficiency in project execution.
* Tool and Agile Methodology Expertise: Utilize modern tools and agile methodologies to enhance team collaboration, efficiency, and project delivery, reflecting the agile practices common in tech startups and scale-ups.


Your Profile:

* Industry Experience: Significant experience in a similar hybrid role within the energy, technology, or related sectors, with a deep understanding of energy markets, distributed energy resources (DERs), and renewable technologies.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields; additional certifications or qualifications are advantageous.
* Agile and Tech-Driven Skills: Proficiency in agile methodologies and modern collaboration tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Microsoft Teams, Slack) to support agile project management practices.
* Global Perspective: Comfortable navigating a globally distributed environment, coordinating across different time zones, and adept at managing cultural nuances effectively.
* Strategic and Operational Acumen: Strong ability to balance administrative tasks with strategic priorities, proactively resolving challenges and driving impactful change.
* Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated expertise in building and managing relationships with senior executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners, fostering trust and collaboration.
* Change Management and Innovation Mindset: Passionate about driving innovation and change within an organization, with a proven track record of implementing successful change management strategies.
