About the Role
The Fund Control Officer will develop and implement a comprehensive fund control framework, tailored to various financial products including AIFs, UCITS, Part II funds, SIFs, and SICARs. The role involves overseeing activities performed by delegates and service providers through key performance indicator monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with business lines to contribute to the organization's mission.
* Monitor cash flows and controls related to transactional activities.
* Perform security valuation within financial asset portfolios, including review of stale prices and pricing of difficult-to-price securities.
* Record gross asset value and net asset value, and perform data quality reviews.
* Track share registers for blocked accounts, PEPs, and high-risk investors, and manage regulatory reporting.
Responsibilities Continue:
* Act in cooperation with all business lines to support the bank's goals.
* Develop and maintain policies and procedures adapted to various financial products.
* Contribute to the bank's mission by collaborating with other departments.
Requirements:
* University degree in Finance or comparable education.
* Between 1 and 3 years of working experience.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
* Solution-oriented approach and hands-on work ethic.
* Good knowledge of AIFMD, UCITS, and financial markets.
* Excellent command of English and French language.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of financial platforms would be an asset.
