Working Student Lean Management (M/F/D)

As a working student you support our Lean Management team in driving digital transformation and data-driven process optimization across production sites and help us shape the future of automotive light-weighing.
Main Responsibilities
1. Support in maintaining and troubleshooting production dashboards
2. Create visual reports and evaluations using Tableau / Power BI
3. Analyze raw production data to identify anomalies and derive process improvements
4. Maintain and drive further development of LowCode Apps
5. Collaborate with the Digitalization team on various initiatives and projects
6. Provide support for daily tasks, including preparing presentations, summaries, and other documentation
Profile Requirements
7. Enrolled full-time student in the field of Engineering, Economics, Business Informatics, Data Science or another field .
8. Clear and open in communication in English
9. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Power Apps)
10. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis functions)
11. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, showcasing organizational and strong analytical skills
12. Preferably with basic understanding of Lean principles
13. Knowledge of production processes within the automotive industry would be an advantage
14. Basic programming knowledge as well as experience with AI applications are a plus
15. Availability to work 15-20 hours per week, balancing academic commitments.
