Your tasks IT strategy & digitalization Overall responsibility for IT strategy in close coordination with senior management Technical and disciplinary leadership, motivation, and further development of the IT team Establishment, management, and optimization of effective team and management structures Responsibility for IT budget, resource planning, and investment decisions Ensuring stable, secure, and scalable IT operations Management of external service providers and technology partners Promotion of a modern leadership and innovation culture Development and implementation of a group-wide IT strategy Identification and realization of digitization potential Selection, introduction, and further development of IT systems and tools IT infrastructure & applications Responsibility for the stable operation of the IT infrastructure (servers, network, cloud, workstations) Support for agency-specific software solutions (e.g., Adobe CC, project management, collaboration, and CRM systems) Ensuring availability, performance, and scalability IT security & data protection Implementation and further development of IT security and backup concepts Ensuring GDPR-compliant data processing Collaboration with data protection officers and external service providers Project & requirements management Management and implementation of IT projects Interface between specialist departments, management, and external partners Translating business requirements into technical solutions IT organization & cost management Coordinating external IT service providers Budget, license, and contract management Development and optimization of IT processes and support structures Your profile Degree in IT or comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in a generalist IT role Experience in project management and the digitization of business processes Knowledge of IT security and data protection (GDPR) Knowledge of software and database development (MSSQL) Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach to work Understanding of creative and commercial processes We offer A responsible position with creative freedom and prospects A modern working environment in a creative and meaningful industry Responsibility for a dedicated and qualified IT team Flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes Attractive compensation package including performance-based components Modern working environment and long-term prospects We look forward to receiving your application!
