IT Consultant Role
We are seeking a skilled IT consultant to join our team in Müllheim, Germany.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide first and second-level support for IT fault reports and service requests.
* Administer software systems for user helpdesk purposes.
* Install, administer, maintain, and procure hardware and software systems.
* Manage the knowledge base process for end-users and IT staff.
* Identify, document, and optimize vulnerabilities in the IT infrastructure.
Key Requirements:
* A completed degree in computer science or comparable qualification.
* Experience working with heterogeneous IT systems and networks.
* Strong customer service mindset and ability to handle complex requirements.
* Good English language skills and intercultural experience.
