KG Organization Gas Services Business Unit EHS, Quality and Security Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your Day Join the global Quality team within Siemens Energy Gas Services and play a key role in strengthening internal Product & Process Qualification (iPPQ) and internal audit execution across the organization. In this role, you focus on enabling, guiding, and harmonizing the application of iPPQ across manufacturing locations and product lines. You work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders from Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality, as well as with global and site‑level quality roles, to ensure shared understanding, alignment, and effective application of the iPPQ framework. A central aspect of your work is creating clarity and transparency around iPPQ requirements, roles, and expectations. Through guidance, coaching, training, monitoring, and structured challenge, you support organizations in applying iPPQ principles consistently and effectively. You also contribute to internal audits. This includes supporting audit planning and execution, assessing compliance with applicable standards ( ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), and identifying non‑conformities and opportunities for improvement. You ensure that appropriate actions are defined and followed up, strengthening internal controls and continuous improvement. Global quality initiatives, improvement projects, and ad‑hoc topics complement the role and provide broad exposure across Gas Services. How You’ll Make an Impact
4. Act as a global expert for iPPQ, supporting consistent application across manufacturing locations and product lines
5. Drive method guidance, coaching, training, and structured challenge, enabling robust execution and documentation of iPPQ requirements
6. Coordinate and support the GS internal audit program, working closely with audit coordinators across the organization, and contribute to the preparation and follow‑up of external audits in an enabling role
What You Bring
7. University degree in engineering, quality, or a related field, combined with several years of experience in quality management within industrial or project‑driven environments, manufacturing experience a plus
8. Strong understanding of quality tools,, FMEA, CTQ development, process development, etc., experience with product, supplier, or process qualification preferred, SAP experience a plus
9. Experience with internal and/or external audits, including preparation, execution, and follow‑up activities
10. Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge and align stakeholders in cross‑functional settings
11. Structured and analytical working style, with the ability to enable, coach, and guide organizations in a global environment
