As Specialist Air Freight you will handle order processing and shipment registration, while organizing freight and customs handling activities, including import control. You will prepare and monitor offers, ensure accurate customer billing, and manage special orders as well as complaints. You will support and advise customers and agents, prepare delivery bills and customs documentation, and monitor deadlines to secure timely execution.
