🚀 Your Mission
Your Mission
Working directly with the Partners and legal teams, you will play a key role in the legal and administrative lifecycle of alternative funds (Private Equity, Real Estate, SLPs).
Your responsibilities:
* Act as the direct point of contact for clients and investors, supporting them through the documentation and onboarding processes.
* Manage fund registration procedures with the CSSF.
* Lead the onboarding process via digital platforms, ensuring all required documentation is collected and verified.
* Request and monitor essential compliance and administrative documents, including AML/KYC files and LuxTrust setups.
* Monitor subscriptions and investments.
* Interact with authorities, lawyers, and partners (banks, AIFMs, etc.).
✅ Your Profile
* 2 to 5 years of experience in fund registration role.
* Proficiency in CSSF procedures
* Previous experience in a PSF, AIFM, or fiduciary active in Private Equity / Real Estate.
* Rigorous, autonomous, team player, with strong interpersonal skills.
* Professional French and English required
