Deine Aufgaben – hier packst du mit an!
* Disziplinarische Führung von Servicetechnikern im Bereich SKT (Service-Lift, Leiter- und Steigschutzsysteme) in Teams mit bis zu 30 Mitarbeitenden (aktuell ca. 16 Mitarbeiter)
* Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs durch Initiierung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen und Projekten, sowie Rekrutierung, Einarbeitung und kontinuierliche Weiterbildung der Mitarbeitenden
* Analyse von Kennzahlen (KPIs) und Performance-Daten sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen
* Überwachung und Steuerung der Arbeitszeitkonten in Abstimmung mit Technikern und Planern
* Verantwortung für die Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsrichtlinien im Feld
* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Backoffice-Team zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Servicegeschäfts
Dein Profil – damit überzeugst du uns!
* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
* Du kannst technische Berichte selbstständig bearbeiten und dokumentieren
* Du hast einen Festen Standort, jedoch muss auch mal raus ins Feld gefahren werden
* Du bringst Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft und iOS-Betriebssystemen bzw. Apps mit und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP
* Du bringst Höhentauglichkeit mit und kannst auch über den Wolken sicher agieren
* Du besitzt einen Führerschein, idealerweise der Klasse BE
* Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
