Business Analyst and IT Specialist
This role involves analyzing business needs and developing solutions to improve operational efficiency and decision-making. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and excellent understanding of data-management, systems, and apps.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of professional experience with a strong background in IT and sales, a university degree in a related field, and excellent English and German skills.
Main Responsibilities:
* Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance analytics, reporting, and performance monitoring.
* Optimize and maintain business systems and reporting to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
* Lead the development and implementation of new capabilities, tools, and processes to enable agility and scalability.
* Ensure data-privacy compliance for sales systems and reporting.
* Manage relevant local solution providers (vendors) together with Mondelez Digital Services.
* Manage sales user support-related matters in the business, in addition to planning and implementing new solutions.
Requirements:
* Strong stakeholder management skills across all hierarchy levels.
* People management and influencing skills are essential.
* Very strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and excellent understanding of data-management, systems, and apps.
* Passion, growth mindset, and learning agility are critical in this continuously evolving area of expertise.
* Excellent English and German skills.
