The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As aWorking Student (m/f/*) in Digital Marketing & Content Creationwithin 3M’sConsumer Business Group for Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA), you will support international marketing activities with a strong focus ondigital content, omnichannel execution and digital shelf optimization.
Here, you will make an impact by:
1. Supporting the EMEA Channel Marketing Team indigital marketing projectsandchannel-specific content programs
2. Assisting in the creation and optimization ofdigital content, includingproduct images, enhanced images, videos, and A+ content
3. Helping improvedigital shelf presence,online visibility, andomnichannel brand execution
4. Contributing to the implementation of the annualEMEA content creation and content syndication plan
5. Ensuring digital assets are visible and accessible forMarketing and Sales teams across EMEA
6. Coordinating withagencies, global teams, content specialists, and external suppliers
7. Taking responsibility for assigned tasks and driving them forward in anindependent and structured way
Your Skills and Expertise
To be successful in this role, you should bring:
Minimum qualifications:
8. Currently pursuing aBachelor’s degree or higher, ideally inDigital Content, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Media, Communication, eCommerce or alternatively, a strong personal passion fordigital content creation,visual communication andonline marketing
9. Strong interest indigital marketing, eCommerce, websites, content creation and digital brand experiences
10. Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with stakeholders in aninternational environment
11. Aself-reliant, proactive and responsibleworking style
12. Very good written and spokenEnglish
Preferred qualifications:
13. First experience incontent creation, digital marketing, eCommerce, social media, or online campaigns
14. A good eye fordesign, imagery and digital presentation
15. Basic understanding ofphotography, image editing, or visual asset creation
