The position strengthens the company’s market presence in the urban transportation and vehicle installation sector for mobile compressors and vacuum pumps. By combining market insights, technical expertise, and strong customer relationships, this role ensures alignment with the company’s strategic goals while delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.ResponsibilitiesBuild up a strong knowledge of the offered products and the applications they are used forHandle customer technical requests & warranty casesProvide the customer timely and effective solutionsAnalyze root causes and develop improvement ideasPrepare and present regular field or application issues with potential solutions to the managementProvide customers quotes for required parts and enter orders in the systemBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholdersWork closely with sales, engineering and production to ensure brand consistency and support of customer requirementsDevelop service sales strategies to grow the businessQualificationsEducation/ Knowledge / Experience:Engineering degree or similar technical or commercial discipline / or equivalent work experienceAt least 5+ years’ experience in technical sales or service in the field of industry or aftermarket businessIn-depth knowledge of industrial BtoBKnowledge of urban transport, truck, trailer business or vacuum business is a plusVery good technical understandingKnow-how:Strong interpersonal communication, including listening skills, conflict management, influenceAbility to analyse failures and root causesAbility to work in a complex matrix organization with numerous requirementsFluent German, advanced level English both written and spoken.
