**Key Requirements/Skills/Experience**
The Audi Global Graduate Program targets recent graduates entering into the workforce. Within the first 18 months as a program participant, you will build an interdisciplinary network, take advantage of a wide range of opportunities for skills development and benefit from comprehensive mentoring.- University degree from an accredited university in Digital Business Management, Informatics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or similar with an above-average academic performance- International experience through internships and / or studies abroad- Initial work experience of a maximum of two years in the target area- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues across the Group company- A proactive, driven attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment- A desire to learn and develop, with and willingness to change perspectives, adapt to new environments, dare to changes- Fluent in English and at least German B2More information about the program can be found on our webpage.
