Your Role
As a Personal Assitant (f/m/d) working part-time, you will provide direct support to the Sub-Regional Head of Implementation Services. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by handling administrative and organizational tasks. Your work will include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents and presentations, and supporting internal and external communication. You will also assist with the coordination of travel arrangements, expense tracking, and follow-up on action items from meetings.
A key part of your role will be to act as a reliable point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring professional correspondence and efficient flow of information. Through structured organization and proactive support, you will help the Sub-Regional Head of Implementation Services stay focused on strategic priorities while contributing to the overall success of the team.
Your Profile
1. Completed commercial training or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a similar field
2. Several years of experience as an assistant, preferably in an international business environment
3. Strong skills in calendar management, travel coordination, and preparation of documents and presentations
4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5. Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
6. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
