We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager Architect. As part of our IBM Tech Sales Accelerator Program, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in customer success management, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver value through our industry-leading solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated client set, defining and communicating the value of our Data technology at both the technical and business level. You will also work closely with clients to identify and engage decision-makers and influencers, qualify business opportunities, and respond to their needs.

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to establish credibility and trust with clients, which is essential for closing complex technology deals. You will also be responsible for managing the entire sales process, ensuring delivery against KPIs, and expanding existing accounts.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead persuasive technical conversations and facilitate use case exploration and business framing workshops. You will also be responsible for creating post-deployment customer success plans aimed at continually increasing post-launch active user adoption of our products.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required. Technical education in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. Excellent analytical skills with a focus on using data for decision-making and achieving positive business outcomes. Strong team player with a collaborative spirit, able to work across multiple functions and levels within our organization.
