The preferred location will be in Germany.In this role you will:Acquire new large-scale INFO customers in key industries such as automotive, aerospace & defense, energy, manufacturing, and material handlingLead the complete sales cycle from qualification and workshops to business case, proposal, negotiation, and closurePosition Etteplan INFO as the preferred partner for structured, efficient, and AI‑supported technical informationBuild and maintain a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting and drive growth through value‑based sellingIdentify and manage outsourcing or business transfer opportunities, guiding customers through their transformationEnsure smooth internal alignment, seamless handover to delivery teams, and long‑term customer satisfactionAddress high‑value customer challenges and advise on documentation, information management, CCMS/DITA, spare parts data, and industrial AIWillingness to travel within Europe to Etteplan sites and customer locationsYour Profile:5+ years of B2B solution sales experience, ideally in managed services, outsourcing, information management, digital transformation, or industrial services, with a proven track record of closing large enterprise dealsStrong conceptual understanding of technical documentation, structured content, metadata, taxonomy, CCMS, or related technologies — or a strong willingness to learnExperience engaging with operations, engineering, service/aftermarket, and IT stakeholdersExcellent consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical and business valueHigh business acumen, able to challenge customer assumptions and sell AI‑enhanced services and long-term managed service contractsFluent in English & fluent in German; additional languages are advantageousEntrepreneurial, proactive, and self-driven, with the ability to build strong relationships up to C‑levelStructured and analytical mindset, capable of energizing teams and working effectively across functions in an international matrix environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
