Your tasks
In this interface function, you are the central point of contact for technical matters and ensure smooth processes in network operations.
7. Technical project coordination: You will manage coordination processes with internal and external stakeholders, including customer centers, occupational safety and manufacturers.
8. Complaint management: You will be responsible for the independent technical inspection and processing of complaints in the medium voltage (20kV) and low voltage (0.4kV) sectors.
9. Quality assurance: You will be in direct contact with manufacturers in order to find sustainable solutions to technical defects and ensure product quality.
10. Reporting: You prepare project results and status reports and report directly to the department management.
11. Guideline competence: You actively support the creation and updating of technical guidelines and standards.
12. Interface management: You act as a technical link and moderator between operational units and strategic partners.
Your profile
You are a technical problem solver and maintain an overview even in complex coordination rounds.
13. Education: Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification (e.g. technician/master craftsman with relevant experience).
14. Experience: Professional experience in the field of engineering, grid operation or in the project planning of energy supply systems.
15. Specialist knowledge: Sound knowledge of medium and low voltage technology (20kV / 0.4kV).
16. Working method: Independent, structured approach as well as a high solution orientation in technical conflicts.
17. Communication: Strong communication skills in dealing with various interest groups (stakeholders) and assertiveness.
18. Language: Very good written and spoken German for the creation of technical documentation.
