About The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to own the educational content and course strategy at the heart of ClickTech HUB, while also leading the broader content programme that powers our growth.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership player-coach role. Your primary focus will be defining what we teach, how we teach it, and how we build a course library that keeps learners engaged and on platform.
Alongside this, you’ll shape the full content mix, from product storytelling to creator marketing and retention loops, and manage one direct report: a Course Content Writer.
You’ll work closely with Paid Media, Product Marketing, Lifecycle, Community, and our Creator Marketplace to deliver a high-impact content engine that powers scale.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
* Educational Content and Course Strategy: Define the course content strategy; identify content gaps and learner needs; work with external creators and your report to build a course library; set quality standards.
* Content Strategy and Full Funnel Planning: Maintain overarching content strategy; set quarterly priorities; own the content pillar framework; apply SEO best practices.
* Content Production and Distribution: Lead multi-format production; manage the content calendar; repurpose and distribute content efficiently.
* Creator and UGC Integration: Leverage creators to produce courses; curate creator-led content into campaigns; build a customer review program.
* Performance and Reporting: Define and track core content KPIs; report directly to the CMO.
* Team and Freelancer Leadership: Line manage your team; build a reliable network of freelancers; establish editorial workflows.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and UX teams; contribute to thought leadership.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in educational content, course creation, or curriculum design.
* 4-5+ years in Content Strategy or editorial leadership roles.
* Ability to build a content strategy from scratch.
* Track record of using content to drive acquisition and retention.
* Strong creative and editorial judgment in leading content production.
* Hands-on experience with tracking tools and SEO practice.
* Experience managing and scaling content teams.
