Job Title: Transaction Operations Officer
A European Institution located in Luxembourg Kirchberg is seeking an experienced professional who will report to senior members of the Data Management & Cash Operations division.
The incumbent will manage cash flow-related administrative activities under different product lines, including draw-downs, repayments, guarantee calls, and disbursement requests.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage cash flow relevant administrative activities under different product lines.
* Process draw-downs/repayments of Private Equity funds, guarantee calls, and disbursement requests.
* Prepare cash flow forecasts and reconcile cash positions with intermediaries.
Requirements:
* University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar fields.
* Minimum three years' relevant professional experience in finance, financial administration, accounting, audit or similar environment.
* Experience with VBA, efront or Tableau is an advantage.
* Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written.
