Talent & Organizational Development Manager:in (m/f/d), Hannover
Tasks
* Consult business leaders, partner with Human Resources and other Talent Development professionals to build effective relationships that support business needs, including short and long-term business strategies,
* Support diversity and inclusion efforts by designing, supporting, implementing, and growing opportunities that attract, engage, advance, and retain diverse talent
* Coordinate and assist training actions, team development opportunities, and leadership development solutions using the 70/20/10 methodology to enhance individual and team performance.
* Counsel management on Talent Development matters by providing data, report metrics, indicators, and feedback in order to assist with organizational decisions
* Provide one-to-one career coaching for employees, assist with individual development planning, and implementation of development initiatives
* Stay abreast of latest trends, share best practices within the Talent Development area, share lessons learned, and propose continuous improvement ideas
* Effectively lead and participate in project teams and program management; manage multiple Talent Development programs and processes
* Ensure that Group management development tools are properly used to promote functional and geographic mobility at Group and Business Group levels
Profile
* Bachelor's Degree with a specialisation in Human Resources.
* Minimum 5 years experience in a HR function within a industrial environment.
* Familiar with HR Information systems and MS office.
* International mind set.
* Results oriented with strong written and oral communications skills.
* Minimum bi-lingual (English required).
