As the primary point of contact for our customers in the DACH-region, we’re looking for a Customer Service & Asset Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering a smooth and positive customer experience — from onboarding and order‑to‑invoice coordination to reliable day‑to‑day support.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal departments, helping to solve customer needs efficiently while contributing to continuous improvement and quality across our processes.
It’s a role where you can truly make an impact, both for our customers and for the way we work!
For this role, we expect the new colleague to work from either:
* our Bönen (Germany) office OR
* our office in Agrate Brianza, Milan (Italy) OR
* our office in Madrid (Spain)
The chosen location will depend on what is most practical for the candidate.
Deine aufgaben
* Kundenbetreuung in der DACH-Region – erster Ansprechpartner für Fragen und Anliegen
* Datenpflege und Kundenanlage – du baust durch exzellenten Service langfristige Beziehungen auf
* Tägliche Überwachung der Lagerbewegungen – Abweichungen frühzeitig erkennen und bearbeiten
* Bestandsprüfung koordinieren – verantwortlich für Kommunikation, Auswertung und Nachverfolgung
* Qualitätsfragen klären – gemeinsam mit der Qualitätsabteilung bis zur Lösung in Kontakt bleiben
Was du mitbringst
* Ausbildung als Industriekaufmann/-frau, Bürokaufmann/-frau oder ähnliche Kenntnisse im Kundenservice
* Motivation und Lernbereitschaft – du bringst Motivation statt langjähriger Erfahrung mit
* Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil)
* Organisationstalent: Auge für Details, Prioritäten setzen und „Hands-On“ Mentalität
* Kommunikationsgeschick und Freude am Kundenkontakt
* MS Office sicher – wir schulen dich in unserer internen Software
