A Day in the Life
Responsible for Product and Marketing Support for Airway, Breathing and Video laryngoscopy within the Acute Care Monitoring portfolio.
This role will cover Germany, Austria and Switzerland and is a remote role. This means your home/remote location is the primary work location. There may however be requirements to attend a Medtronic location for meetings from time to time.
There is a facility-based immunization requirement for this position. Therefore, full Measles immunization is a requirement to fill the open position.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
1. Takes responsibility for the Airway product group in the ACM DACH region
2. Leads and coordinates product planning, product launches, product management, market development and market research activities
3. Identifies new marketing opportunities
4. Works individually or with a team on defining strategies, recommending actions, scheduling and planning projects, estimating costs and managing projects to completion
5. Identifies unmet customer requirements and new business opportunities and provides vision and focus to move products from idea to market place
6. Facilitates and coordinates marketing activities within the DACH region to increase customer awareness
7. Engages with Key Opinion Leaders
8. Coordinates product specific trade show activities, develops product specific e-commerce strategies and tracks marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provides recommendations for future marketing promotions
9. Supports the DACH sales team and works closely with European Marketing team on common projects
Requirements:
10. Bachelor Degree
11. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects – from design to implementation - while using specialized knowledge and skills.
12. Works independently with general supervision on moderately complex projects / assignments.
13. Requires fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
14. Valid driving licence: The job includes a company car, traveling required around 20%
