We are currently seeking Senior Integration Managers with a proven track record in large-scale SAP and non-SAP implementations, particularly within complex IT landscapes and enterprise transformation programs.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in managing end-to-end system integration — including SAP interfaces, legacy systems, middleware platforms, and cross-application data flows.
Partial on-site presence in Germany is required.

Requirements
* 10+ years of experience in SAP/ERP/IT programs as an Integration Manager
* Several years of leadership experience in IT project management, ideally in international and complex project environments
* Solid understanding of system landscapes, interdependencies, and the technical implications of systems, releases, and interfaces
* Proven experience in SAP interface and middleware integration, as well as legacy system connectivity
* Good knowledge of how ERP systems – particularly SAP – support business processes across various domains
* Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles and cross-system process design
* Proven experience with project management methodologies and frameworks such as PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAP Activate, or SAFe
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to handle both routine and complex challenges
* Ability to prioritize tasks and successfully manage multiple interdependent projects and initiatives in parallel
* Fluent in English, German is a plus
