Role Overview
We are looking for an German-speaking Marketing Customer Support Agent to support advertisers on a digital advertising platform. This role focuses on paid campaign support, digital marketing assistance, and advertiser experience, requiring strong marketing knowledge and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Support advertisers with paid campaign setup, optimization, and troubleshooting
* Provide guidance on campaign performance and platform tools
* Deliver high-quality customer service to marketing clients
* Assist clients via phone, email, or chat
* Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems
Schedule
* Initial schedule (12-hour window):
o Monday to Sunday: 07:00 – 19:00
o Shifts: 07:00 – 16:00 or 10:00 – 19:00
o 2 rotational days off
Requirements
* Fluent German and English
* Experience in paid campaign management (mandatory)
* Degree in Marketing or a related field
* Proven experience in Digital Marketing
* Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program for an Advertising Technology company
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising fundamentals
* Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
