Senior Fullstack Developer – React, Java – Hamburg – €85k

We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in the development of our cutting-edge platform. You'll drive the architecture and development of both frontend and backend services, ensuring performance, scalability, and seamless integration across the stack. Key Responsibilities:
Fullstack Development:
* Design and develop modern web applications using React (React Query, Router) and TypeScript on the frontend.
* Build scalable and performant backend services using Java and Spring Boot .
* Own and maintain RESTful API integration between the frontend and backend.
DevOps & CI/CD:
* Manage and automate CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI .
* Deploy and maintain applications in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes .
* Monitor and optimize system reliability, performance, and security in production.
Architecture & Best Practices:
* Contribute to system architecture, ensuring modularity, maintainability, and performance.
* Promote best practices in clean code, test-driven development, and software engineering.
* Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Collaboration:
* Work closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-impact features.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to align development efforts with business goals.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in software development, with proven fullstack expertise.
* Proficient in ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 .
* Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
* Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, data modeling, and backend architecture.
* Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Familiarity with frontend tooling like Webpack, Babel, and modern testing libraries.
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
* Strong understanding of frontend performance, responsive design, and accessibility.
* Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Proven leadership skills and experience mentoring engineers.
