The Service Operations Development NCE Department delivers customized solutions for up-tower repairs, crane less solutions or cost out initiatives to the NCE (Northern & Central Europe) Service regions. Effective collaboration with WTG (Wind Turbine Generator) Engineering Support / Construction and CIM (Continuous Improvement Management) department.
Responsibilities
1. Support on CIM Pre-Assessment (Review of repair instructions / technical feasibility / availability of tools and materials)
2. Act as Lead Technician / Instructor on CIM WI for regional Technicians and Subs during implementation (Plan / organize and conduct technical / practical training or briefings in the field)
3. Serve as the Lead Technician and oversee while conducting quality assessments for important CIM Cases
4. Act as CIM Technician on demand for specific cases
Qualificaitions
5. General technical or equivalent training
6. Ability to work at heights and physical fitness as well as very high security awareness
7. Ability to plan, organize, coordinate of implementation on site
8. Very good knowledge of the Vestas product range
9. System and process knowledge, e.g. B. Vestas Technical Documentation / Problem Solving
10. 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar position and experience in the wind energy industry
11. Proficient in MS Office and possesses advanced computer skills
12. Basic knowledge of project management
13. Driving license
14. Willingness to travel (approximately % travelling in the NCE region)
15. Ability to work in a cross-functional and team environment (NCE)
16. Highly effective in interpersonal interactions and communication
17. Very good English language skills
