Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
* Assist customers with inquiries related to logistics services, including shipping options, order tracking, and service policies.
* Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
* Accurately document all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
* Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient solutions for customer inquiries.
* Keep abreast of service updates, policies, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support to clients.
Requirements
* Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
