Key responsibilities:
* Lead and direct the full delivery portfolio for advanced data center projects in Germany, ensuring flawless execution across all sites.
* Manage and coach Project Managers, Site Managers, Supervisors, and functional leads (QA, EHS, BIM, Engineering, Logistics).
* Oversee day-to-day site performance—spending approximately 80% of time on-site—to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain delivery precision.
* Hold full accountability for project scope, schedule, quality, health & safety, and budget performance in close partnership with the Director of Operations.
* Translate insights from Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) into clear, actionable decisions that keep clients, subcontractors, and leadership aligned.
* Conduct weekly executive reviews, critical-path interventions, and risk-response planning to maintain project momentum.
* Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors to drive profit optimization and maintain commercial performance.
* Act as the primary representative to clients, stakeholders, and authorities—communicating complex site realities and delivering on commitments.
* Set project rhythm, enforce execution standards, and ensure first-time-right delivery across all active sites.
Qualifications/Experience:
* 10+ years’ experience leading and delivering CSA fit-outs or comparable high-spec industrial projects, ideally within data centers.
* Proven track record managing multiple Project Managers and cross‑functional teams with end‑to‑end accountability for scope, schedule, quality, EHS, and budget.
* Mastery of project‑control platforms; strong familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is a major advantage.
* Exceptional stakeholder communication skills—able to engage effectively with on‑site teams, executives, and local authorities.
* Pragmatic, decisive, and solution‑oriented mindset—comfortable making critical decisions under pressure.
* Strong command of English; German is a significant advantage.
