What You'll Do
* Support SMB clients via chat, email, and phone
* Assist with digital advertising campaigns and platform usage
* Provide pre- and post-sales support
* Troubleshoot technical issues (ads delivery, platform bugs)
* Identify growth opportunities and optimize client performance
* Share product feedback with internal teams
Requirements
* Russian (C2) and English (C1+)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Customer-first mindset with empathy
* Ability to manage and de-escalate complex situations
* Basic computer skills (advanced skills are a plus)
