The role spans delivery, advisory, and commercial responsibilities with scope to shape strategy and support business growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead major Information Security and GRC projects (ISMS, ISO 2700x, BSI baseline protection). Advise clients on security frameworks and integrating security into business and IT strategies. Support business development, positioning services and strengthening> Contribute to practice development through thought leadership and market insights. Requirements: Significant consulting experience in Information Security GRC, including leading large programmes. Strong commercial mindset with sales affinity and senior stakeholder engagement skills. Entrepreneurial approach with the ability to drive strategic topics independently. Established industry network and familiarity with relevant bodies or associations. Up‑to‑date knowledge of security trends, methods and technologies. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA or SABSA are a plus. Broad private‑sector exposure, ideally spanning finance, automotive or defence.
