Job Title
A Senior Officer - Fund Company Secretary is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients with all aspects of company law and fund regulation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing board meetings, including minutes taking and follow-up on action points. Coordinating shareholders' meetings and drafting resolutions will also be key responsibilities.
In addition, the Senior Officer - Fund Company Secretary will review fund documentation with critical analysis and work autonomously with tight deadlines.
Maintaining corporate files of own client base and liaising with the CSSF, notaries, lawyers and banks will also be part of the role.
The ideal candidate will provide timely and quality delivery of services to clients.
Your Profile
* Graduated in business administration, economics, law or finance;
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position;
* Good understanding of Luxembourg fund industry (actors, laws and regulations);
* Fluent in English, any other language would be considered as an asset;
* Diligent and well-organized;
* Good communication skills and can act proactively;
* Team-oriented.
