G2 are supporting a key client in recruiting a Freelance Project Manager for large‑scale Solar PV and Hybrid Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across Germany and wider European locations.
Leading the delivery of utility‑scale Solar PV projects from early construction through commissioning and handover.
• Coordinating civil, mechanical and electrical workstreams, ensuring alignment with design, project plans and EPC requirements.
• Managing subcontractors, ensuring safe, compliant and timely installation of all Solar PV components and infrastructure.
• Overseeing documentation, project KPIs, risk management, stakeholder communication and on‑site decision‑making.
• Ensuring all works comply with design drawings, HSE requirements, project specifications and contractual obligations.
Qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager on utility‑scale Solar PV or large renewable energy construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, EPC processes, HSE standards and multi‑discipline project delivery.
