As our DevOps & Cloud Team Leader, you will lead the transformation of our hosting infrastructure, driving our migration toward Kubernetes-based cloud environments.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 hosting engineers, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment and setting clear strategic objectives.
Innovation & Change: Act as a change agent, proposing modern DevOps solutions and staying ahead of industry trends to keep our stack cutting-edge.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, SaaS, and Product teams across Europe, participating in Agile rituals and key technical decision-making.
In collaboration with the CISO, ensure our cloud infrastructure is secure, compliant (GDPR), and resilient.
Experience: You have at least 5 years of professional experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
Leadership: Proven experience leading technical teams or complex projects, with strong mentoring and team-building skills.
Automation & Tools: Proficient in scripting ( PowerShell, Bash, or Python ) and hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
