Financial Leadership Role
As a Finance Manager at our Kamen plant, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's financial performance. Your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic and operational financial leadership to the Kamen Plant team and direct support to the Plant Director.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic and operational financial leadership to the Kamen Plant team and direct support to the Plant Director.
* Be a strong business partner supporting the plant financial scorecard, continuous improvement initiatives, inventory/production analysis, and other short- to long-term plant financial decisions.
* Lead weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual processes to support plant rhythms, month-end close activities, QORs/MREs, OP, and Strat Plans.
* Collaborate with the business segments and Global Supply Chain organizations to support investment analysis at the site.
* Analyze plant spend and work with the teams to identify, communicate, and execute productivity improvement opportunities.
* Regularly measure and assess plant performance (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to predict results and drive corrective actions to meet targets.
* Develop understanding of impacts to the plant financials driven by sales volume, mix, demand planning, and supply planning dynamics to drive productivity at the site.
* Monitor external economic factors to support the plant management decision process.
* Develop and drive end-to-end processes, analyses, and tools to standardize reporting to support the site.
* Ensure compliance to Global Financial Standards and Statutory requirements.
Your Skills and Expertise:
To succeed in this role, we require the following qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance or Business Administration.
* Extensive experience working in finance organizations within manufacturing.
* Fluent German and English skills.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
* CPA, CMA, or equivalent international certification.
* Experience in the MedTech Industry.
* Responsibility for Income Statements.
* Leadership and collaboration skills to engage with business stakeholders and drive alignment on financial assumptions.
* Ability to lead through others and influence.
* Pra gmatic, results-oriented with a strong bias towards executing with speed, agility, and quality.
* Record of career progression with increasing levels of responsibility.
Work Location and Travel:
The position is located onsite in Kamen, NRW, DE. May include up to 10% domestic/international travel.
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
