Develop and implement a global procurement strategy aligned with company growth and operational goals
Build, mentor, and lead a globally distributed procurement team
Build a standardized procurement framework across all regions (North America, Europe, APAC, etc.)
Establish procurement governance, policies, and compliance standards across the global organization
Actively support tactical buying, supplier negotiations, and troubleshooting when necessary
Work closely with project delivery teams to ensure timely, cost-efficient sourcing for automation integration projects
Implement lean procurement processes and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost, lead time, and variability
Introduce digital procurement tools (eProcurement, spend analytics, supplier portals, etc.) to elevate efficiency and transparency
Identify savings opportunities through value engineering, supplier consolidation, and should cost analysis
Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or related field
10+ years of progressive procurement or supply chain leadership experience, preferably in automation integration, robotics, engineering services, or related industrial sectors
Demonstrated success implementing continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, PDCA, etc.)
Experience negotiating complex technical categories and managing multi million global spend
Strong analytics capability and comfort with data driven decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with senior leadership exposure
Strong hands on mentality—the ability to switch seamlessly between strategy and execution
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.) and procurement digitalization tools
Professional certifications (CIPS, CPM, CSCP, Lean Six Sigma)
