Hussle (now part of EGYM Wellpass) is UK's leading fitness marketplace. We provide hundreds of companies with fitness-as-a-benefit at thousands of fitness venues across the country through one simple pass. We collaborate with companies such as AXA Health, Bupa and IWG by providing their employees or private medical insurance policy holders with flexible access to some of the best fitness brands in the UK. This role will support the ongoing growth of Hussle within the UK employee benefit space, focusing specifically on Brighton.
Pipeline Management: You manage a pipeline of sales opportunities that need to be qualified, engaged, and signed-up to provide Hussle as an employee benefit at targeted companies
Client Feedback & Process Optimisation: You provide feedback and insights to the business to improve our proposition and optimise the sales process
Events & Webinars: You participate in, and occasionally lead, events and webinars to support lead generation and increase brand awareness
Sales Pitches: You prepare and present customised sales pitches to senior decision makers at target companies
Sales Background: You have a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally selling to HR or Finance teams across companies of various sizes
SaaS Focus: You are familiar with B2B SaaS sales and understand how to position and sell subscription-based digital solutions through a consultative approach
Tools: You are used to working with sales tools like Salesforce (or similar)
Sales Process & CRM: You understood the sales process and the use of the key methodologies we used, and you were a confident user of Salesforce
Events: You completed 2 outbound lead generation sales events in your region
Sales Meetings: You aimed to conduct around 5 or more new client meetings per week to actively build and grow your pipeline
Close Sales: You consistently won enough deals to achieve your on-target earnings
Develop your skills with varied, challenging tasks and regular feedback to benefit from a steep learning curve
Free use of the fitness venues via the Hussle platform
Decision Making: Be part of a modern company culture where talent and passion is welcomed, heard and be part of the decision making process
Work Life Balance: Remote Work: You will primarily work remotely, with an expectation to attend the London office 1–2 times per month
