To support our growing recruitment projects, we are offering a mandatory Recruiter Internship (Pflichtpraktikum) for motivated students seeking hands-on exposure to international talent acquisition and cross-border hiring.
🎯 What You Will Learn & Do
(Always under close supervision and mentoring)
* Support end-to-end recruitment processes for Germany, India, and GCC markets
* Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks
* Screen CVs and assist in shortlisting technical & non-technical profiles
* Coordinate interviews and manage pipelines using ATS / CRM tools
* Support employer branding and international job postings
* Conduct market research on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends
* Gain practical insights into cross-border recruitment, visas, and international staffing models
👤 Your Profile
* Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with a mandatory internship requirement (Pflichtpraktikum)
* (HR, Business Administration, International Management, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related fields)
* Strong interest in Recruitment, HR, Talent Acquisition, and International Business
* Very good English communication skills (German is a strong plus 🇩🇪)
* Structured, reliable, and comfortable working in a remote, international environment
* Willing to learn, take responsibility, and work with professional digital tools
* Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, CV screening, and online research is an advantage
