As Coordinator Distribution Technology you are a motivated and detail-oriented support to our member hotels in enhancing their online presence through effective use of distribution systems. You are part of a team that ensures optimal connectivity and content consistency across various channels to help hotels maintain their distribution systems.
Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Assist member hotels in maintaining and optimizing SynXis and MARSHA CRS
2. Conduct system training for new and existing member hotels on CRS, interfaces, and booking engines
3. Monitor and manage connectivity and performance across distribution channels linked to CRS
4. Collaborate with hotels on loading rates across various distribution systems
5. Support hotels in implementing rate strategies aligned with business goals
6. Ensure accurate inventory, rates, and availability across all connected channels
7. Conduct audits and system health checks to maintain distribution system integrity
Experience & Mindset
8. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred
9. Familiarity with SynXis or MARSHA CRS and online travel agency platforms is a plus
10. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot system issues
11. Effective communication skills in English (other languages a bonus) and the ability to collaborate across teams
12. Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and adaptability to evolving technology
