We are looking for a Customer Support Agent (m/f/d) working 39h/week to start immediately.
What you will do:
* Efficiently manage customer requests through a ticketing system and over the phone
* Provide expert answers and technical support for our clients regarding the usage of our software and products, while presenting the value of our portfolio
* Conduct virtual and face-to-face trainings to showcase how our database and other software solutions work
* Utilize and contribute to FAQ documentation to enable internal knowledge sharing
* Maintain daily recordings, e. g. logging and documenting issues in our systems
* Channel customer feedback to other departments (IT, Sales, etc.)
What we are looking for:
* Degree or completed vocational training in the field of business, communication or equivalent
* 1-2 years of practical experience in a similar role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly supportive attitude within a team
* Proficient in English (C1 level); any other languages are beneficial
