We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our professionals and other operational assistants.
1. Main Responsibilities:
* Drafting of notes and submitting them to senior management for review and approval.
* Updating our database with relevant links from the management committee area in GED.
* Reviewing documents for layout and proofreading purposes, as well as drafting letters and forms.
* Organizing meetings and booking meeting rooms.
* Managing audit files via OneDrive/Sharepoint/Mercell, MS-Teams and GED.
2. Requirements:
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
