Strong grasp of AI, automation, and enterprise technology, with a bias toward business outcomes over technical novelty. Prior experience in top‑tier consulting or building transformation practices. Proven experience working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with Product and Engineering teams to shape roadmaps and deliver differentiated solutions. Experience leading AI, ML, or advanced automation programs. Background in a regulated or complex industry (e.g., insurance, financial services, manufacturing).
