Digital Assistant Opportunity
Our company is seeking a skilled Digital Project Assistant to manage digital initiatives, collaborate with sales, IT, and marketing teams, and support regional HQs and category managers.
* Participate in procurement projects, supporting tests and development of digital initiatives.
* Collaborate with sales, IT, and marketing categories, following their guidelines and working closely with regions on market scouting, vendor risk management, and tender preparation.
* Manage databases, create purchase orders, and track deliveries.
Candidate Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or a similar field.
* Minimum 2-3 years of work experience, preferably in Procurement, Digital, or Project Management.
* Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, curiosity, and problem-solving abilities.
Required Skills:
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Familiarity with SAP is beneficial.
Languages:
* Fluency in written and spoken English.
