Your Role at a Glance Steering, Growth & Operational Excellence Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and oversee the long-term financial strategy to support our global expansion goals. Reporting & Controlling: Drive high-quality financial reporting for the management board, shareholders, and investors. Business Steering & Profitability: Establish and continuously improve financial steering across product lifecycles, customer projects and support services. Capital Markets & Funding: Manage liquidity planning, lead future funding rounds, and maintain strong relationships with banks and investors. Process Optimization: Professionalize internal structures in Accounting, Controlling, and Legal to ensure full scalability for a growing Software business. Risk Management: Identify financial and operational risks and implement robust mitigation strategies. Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and high performance. Your profile Analytical, Hands-on & Visionary You see yourself not just as a "numbers person", but as a business partner who sets the economic course for sustainable success. Experience : Proven track record in a senior finance leadership role (CFO, VP Finance, or Director Finance), ideally within a Tech/SaaS environment. Education : University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or CPA/CFA qualification is a plus. Expertise : Deep knowledge of financial reporting (HGB/IFRS), investment controlling, and experience in financing rounds.
