Job Description What you will do: Develop and execute employer branding activities across different channels (career websites, social media, career events) to strengthen METRO’s employer brand. Coordinate campaigns and events that support recruitment and brand awareness, including managing budgets, creating content, and tracking performance. Support and grow the METRO Ambassadors Program, strengthening their commitment with METRO. Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and impactful content. Act as a consultant for METRO’s global entities to ensure alignment and consistency in employer branding activities.
